Fight Cub is a Beacon for the community to prepare for battling and competing in sports. This type of training gives the blue print to succeed in any sport but more importantly LIFE.

Our Core values come from the designer of life himself God Almighty he teaches us in proverbs.

  • Diligent, do you see a man skillful in his work? He will stand before kings(Decision Makers); he will not stand before obscure men.
  • Self Control  A man without self-control is like a city broken into and left without walls
  • Discipline/Commitment to doing what you don’t always want to do, but making it a part of your culture.  The lazy man will not plow because of winter; He will beg during harvest and have nothing.

At Fight Club, we want to create a winning culture for our youth in today’s world. The world is tough on kids today, and more often than not, our kids have low self-esteem and lack confidence. Aware of this, we build a culture that will make them confident not only in sports and leisure but also in life. It starts with the mind before physical training.  

Kids need to know how to speak things into existence. Our unconscious minds will limit us to what we can do if we use words like “I can’t do that, that’s impossible, he’s stronger than me.” This is taught and spoken in our workouts or when we hang out leisurely, and it is just part of their everyday lives. We teach this culture out of the bulletproof principles of PROVERBS.  

 •    Diligence- “Do you see a man DILIGENT/SKILLFULL in his work? He will stand before kings Proverbs 22:29 ESV

This means that someone sincere and diligent in their efforts will stand before decision-makers in life paths. 

    •    Integrity-A false balance is an abomination to the LORD, but a just weight is his delight Proverbs 11:1.  My best way to explain this to kids is “doing the right thing when no one is looking

    • Self Control- Lack of self-control is like a city without walls open to Vulnerability.  Whether it’s what we watch, eat, or drink 

    •    Discernment—knowing your surroundings and planning your next move before it happens. Most kids are hesitant to make moves. Greatness is being prudent in what you do and planning it out.

When we conclude workout sessions, we conclude with kids competing against each other. There is a misconception that you must be a person of bad character to be aggressive, which isn’t true. The prize is always in front of us; we must go out and get it while maintaining integrity. Join Fight Club today.

What is Fight Club

Fight Club is a place (way of life) where you come and learn to pull out your inner greatness.   It’s a daily renewing of the mind and committing to a set of Principles.  Please submit to the creator’s wisdom that he reveals in the Book of Proverbs.

Improves range of motion and neuromuscular control, and can help prevent injury. Mobility training can include dynamic stretches, foam rolling, yoga, Pilates, and bodyweight exercises. 

Whether it is wanting to learn to Hit a baseball, cut back run like a ruthless running back, or perfect a basketball jump shot we have the training you need.
